Bit 0=1 (value 1): The data read from the indoor unit are valid except for the opening of the expansion valve and
operating state
Bit 1=1 (value 2): (not UTOPIA): The data of the expansion valve opening of the indoor unit are valid
Bit 2=1 (value 4): (not UTOPIA): The data on the operating condition of the indoor unit are valid
Bit 3=1 (value 8): (not UTOPIA): The data on the outdoor unit are valid, the total should be 15 for SET-FREE
and 1 for UTOPIA
