6. Select the applicable position for the support
frame and tighten the lock knob. The bottom hole
increases the grinding pressure and the height of
the handlebar. The top hole decreases the grinding
pressure and the height of the handlebar.
7. Put the product in operation position.

There are many types of diamond tools for the product.
Speak to your approved service center or go to
www.husqvarnacp.com to select correct diamond tool.
Metal bond diamond segments
Note:
Husqvarna recommends to use 2 segment
setup.
The setup of the diamond segments on the grinder will
have an influence on the performance. The setup have
an effect on the work rate of the product and the end
quality of the surface.
There are a number of different diamond tool
configurations that can be attached to the product.
• Full set - 9 tools. Effective surface removal.
• Part set - 6 tools. Effective concentrated surface
removal.

• Part set - 3 tools. Very aggressive concentrated
surface removal
To replace the diamond tools
WARNING:
very hot. Use protective gloves.
1. Make sure that the engine is off and that the
operator presence control is not against the
handlebar.
2. Put the product into servicing position.
