Convection operation

When cooking with convection, hot air circulates in the oven. Hot air is especially
recommended for cooking gratins or crispy dishes. You can set a temperature of
110°C–200°C and a maximum cooking time of 95 minutes.
1) Press the convection button

You can also preheat your microwave before you start a cooking process:
1) Select the desired temperature by pressing the convection button
once and use the control dial

2) To start preheating, press the convection button
