Porcelain Oven Interior
With proper care, the porcelain enamel
finish on the inside of the oven--top,
bottonL sides, back and inside of the
deep--will stay ne_qooking tot years.
i,et the range cool before cleaning. We
recommend that you wear rubber gloves
when cleaning the range.
Soap and water will nommlly do the job.
Hea\ T spattering or spillove_ may
require cleaning with a mild abrasive
cleane_: Soap5 wet metal pads may also
be used.
Do not allow food spills with a high sugar or acid
content (suchas tomatoes, sauerkraut, fruitjuices
or ple filling) to remain on the surface. Theymay
causea duffspot evenafter cleaning.
Household ammonia may make the
cleaning.job easier. Place l/2 cup in
a shallow glass or potte_ T container in
a cold oven overnight. The ammonia
flunes will hel I) loosen the burned-on
grease and toed.

Donotsprayanyovencleaneron theoven
door,handles or anyexterior surfaceof the
oven,cabinets orpaintedsurfaces. Thecleaner
candamage these surfaces.

The door is veryheavy. Be careful when
removing and lifting the door.
Toremove the door:

Pull the hinge locks down toward
the door frame, to the unlocked
position. A tool, such as a small
flat-blade screw(hixe_; ma_ be
required.
Firefly grasp both sides of the door
at the top. D0 not lift the door by the
handle.

Close door to the door remox d
position, which is half\va_ between
the broil stop position and fifth'
closed.

Toreplace the door:
