Using Voicemail

13.13 Using Voicemail
Voicemail messages that you receive are stored on the
network. To listen to your messages, you must call your
voicemail phone number.
Note: Your service provider may include additional
information about using this feature.
13.13.1 Listening to Voicemail Messages
Find the Feature
The phone calls your voicemail phone number. If no
voicemail number is stored, your phone prompts you to
store a number, see page 67. If you don't know your
voicemail number, contact your service provider.
13.13.2 Receiving a Voicemail Message
When you receive a voicemail message, your phone displays
(voicemail message indicator) and New Voicemail.

Note: The icon may vary depending on your service provider.

The phone calls your voicemail phone number. If no
voicemail number is stored, your phone prompts you to
store a number.
13.13.3 Storing Your Voicemail Number
If necessary, use the following procedure to store your
voicemail phone number on your phone. Usually, your
service provider has already done this for you.

You cannot store a Insert Pause (pause), Insert Wait (wait), or
Insert 'n' (number) character in this number. If you want to
store a voicemail number with these characters, create a
