CASTER INSTALLATION:
NOTE: Use adequate manpower for this
operation,
Remove casterpack l=rom bottom dr_ver.
Make sure all casters,screws and nu_
a_eaccounted for. (16) Screws and nuts.
o Remove_e bottom dr'awer:See
opera,on section:Removing and
installing Drawers.
, Place the unit on it'stop. Use the
packaging rnatedalto protect the paint
finish.
Attach casters"using fou_1/4-20 X 5/8
hex screws and nuts per caster. Wrench
ttgt}ten.
REMOVING
AND INSTALUNG
DRAWERS:
BALL BEARING:
o Empty the drawer.
o FUllyextend_hedrawer.
• LiRthe release lever on the lel_side, _hil_
depressingthe levero_ the _igh_side anc
pulloutto remove.
• Re/e_se lever- righl

• To reinstal!,carefullyaJign the slidesand
slowlypush the drawer intothe unitunb]
the drawer stops.
FRICTION:.
• Fully exl:end the drawer. Push i_backa
quad_ of an inch.
• Inse_ e screwdriverinto the slotin the
sgdeand push in on the stop ur_ti_t
dearsthelance.
