Thumb screw not tight.

CORRECTION
Replace regulator.
Replace regulator.
Replace lid gasket.
Tighten thumb screws.
Mix or thin paint according to instruction on paint.
Replace air gauge.
Reduce tank pressure to 20-50 PSI.
