- 2 servings (double the ingredients for/4 servings)
1V2pounds skinless chicken pieces
1 teaspoon cogenne pepper
1V2tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup hot sauce or 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup barbecue sauce of choice
Mix evergthing in on 8 X 8-inch gloss dish or similar dish
and cover with plastic wrap. Cook on Spicy chicken.
Stir and serve as is or place under o broiler for o few minutes
for additional browning.
