INSTALLATION

• Unpack all parts and remove protective material.
• Insert the batteries (2xUM-4/SIZE "AAA") into the remote control transmitter as
shown in the battery compartment.
• Do not connect the unit to the mains before checking the mains voltage and
before all other connections have been made.
• Do not cover any vents and make sure that there is a space of several
centimetres around the unit for ventilation.

CLOCK SETTING

1.
Under standby mode and with the memory backup batteries fitted, press the MEMORY/
PROGRAM button for 2 sec. to access clock setting.
2. The first and second digit of "12" hour will flash, press
or 24 hour clock display mode.
3. Press MEMORY/PROGRAM to select the hour setting, the first and second digit will

4. Press MEMORY/PROGRAM again to select the minutes setting, press the

5. Press MEMORY/PROGRAM again to store in the memory.

OPERATION/TUNER

TUNING
1. Press POWER to switch on the unit.
2. Press the TUNER/BAND button to select the required AM(MW) or FM broadcast band.
3. Press

for few seconds, then release the button.
The tuner will automatically search for the first transmitter of sufficient
strength.
Repeat this procedure if you wish to select another station.
4. To tune to weak stations, briefly depress
the correct frequency or the reception is at its optimum.
FM
Extend the FM Rod antenna
to improve FM reception.
FM Stereo indicator will light
up when receiving FM Stereo.
