To Use the Dispenser
Select C UBED, CRUSHED o r WATER.
Press theglassgentlyagainstthe top
of thedispenser cradle.
Thespillshelfis notself-draininq. Toreducewater
spotting, t he shelfand its grille_houldbe cleaned
regularly.
tf no water isdispensed whenthe refrigeratoris
first installed, t here may be air in the water line
system. P ress the dispenser armfor at leasttwo
minutesto removetrappedair from the water line
andto fill the water system. T oflush out impurities
in thewater line,throw awaythe first six glassfuls
of water.
CAUTION: Never put fingersor anyotherobjects
intotheicecrusherdischarge opening.
Locking the Dispenser
Press theLOCKor LOCKCONTROLS pad for
3 secondsto lockthe dispenser and control panel.
To unlock,pressand hold the pad againfor
3 seconds.
Dispenser Light
TheLIGHT pad turnsthe night I!ght in the
dispenser o n and off.Thelightalsocomeson
whenthe dispenser cradleispressed. F ormodels
Quick Ice
Whenyouneedto speedupiceproduction, use
the QuickIcefeature. W hilethisfeatureisturnedon,
the freezer f an runscontinuously f or/48hours, o r
untilthefeatureisturnedOFE Duringthis period,
iceproduction will increase upto/40%.Models with
the integrated icefeaturesystemrequire at FIRST
USE at leasthalfan 8 oz.glass of iceto bedispensed
every 6 to 12 hours. T hiswillhelpthe icemaker f illthe
bucketproperlysothat dispensing isbetter.
with a bulb,i.fthe light burnsout, it shouldbe
replacedwith a 6 watt 12Vmaximumbulb.For

Door Alarm
UseDoor Alarmto soundifeitherdoor isopen
for morethan 3 minutes. T healarmwillstop
oncethe door isclosed.ForLCD models,a popup
?creenwillappear.Thealarmcan besilenced
bytouchingthe LCD screen.
TouchLEDDispenserControl:
Press theSETFEATURES padonceand DOOR
ALARM will blink.Press ON/OFF and the door
alarmwill be setand the iconwillturn solid.Press
ON/OFF againto turnthe alarmoff.

This alarm will sound if
either door is open for

How to Use

When you need ice in a

speed up ice production.
Ick I This will increase ice
production for the
following 48 hours or until
you press the pad again.
Precise Fill (on some models)
Thiswater dispenser isequipped with a feature
called"precise fill."Thisfeatureallowsyou to
choosea precise amount of water (cupsor
ounces) t hat you would likedispensed. P ints
and Litersare alsoavailable for LCD models.
TouchLEDDispenserControl
O Press the PRECISE FILLCUPS/OZ pad.
TheWATER padwill lightand the CRUSHED
and CUBED ice padswillturn off.Thelast
unit usedwill bedisplayed.
Press the PRECISE FILLpadagainto toggle
betweencupsand ounces.
Ifyou selectedOUNCES, pressthe A or V pad
to selectthe numberof ouncesyouwould like
to havedispensed between2-99 ounces.
Thedefaultis8 ounces.
Ifyou selectedCUPS, pressthe A or v pad
to selectthe amountyouwould liketo have
dispensed. Theyare displayed as 1//4,1/3,1/2, 2/]
and ]//4,with the highestamount being16 3//4
cups.Thedefaultis 1 cup.
Press the cupagainstthe cradleand water
will begindispensing, tt will automaticallystop
whenthe amountset hasbeendispensed.
Thedisplaywill showthe amountof water
dispensed, beep,thenresetafter 5 seconds.
NOTE: Do notleavethe dispenser unattended
whenwater is beingdispensed.

tfyou wouldliketo stop dispensing water
beforethe specifiedamount hasbeen
dispensed, just removethe cupfrom the
cradle. T hedisplaywill showthe amountthat
hasbeendispensed for 5 seconds, t fthe cup
switchis pressed againwithin that time,the
dispenser willcontinueup to the set amount.
tf not,the displaywill returnto the set
amount.
