Description:
Modifies the attributes of an existing nPartition or a partition specification. This command can
modify the following attributes:
nPartition name
VGA assignment
Next boot mode
Partition Specification
Blade assignment
Attributes of existing blades

Meaning
requested resources specified in the parspec is not
available for assignment to the partition at boot time.
Enable/Disable VGA in an nPartition. The flag value
can be either enable or disable. By default, VGA
is enabled in an nPartition. VGA is always disabled
when running vPars in an nPar.
