The following items can be configurable at build-time and cannot be modified by the user.
Video controller (Rage IIc or Rage Pro).
Video memory and upgrade socket.
AMC connector.
MIDI & joystick header.
Heceta II system monitor.
+5V supply to VGA connector pin 9.
Dual rear USB or single rear and riser.

Main memory DIMMs
Video memory upgrade (where available)
Processor speed (core/bus ratio)
BIOS ROM write enable
