Use the multi-mill to mill such things
as spices, herbs, nuts, baby food,
salad dressings, cooked fruit,
biscuits, bread and coffee beans.

Don't touch the sharp blades. Keep
the fixed blade unit away from
children.

Only use the jar with the fixed blade
unit supplied.

Never blend hot liquids in the multi-
mill.

Never remove the multi-mill until the
blades have completely stopped.

Always ensure that the multi-mill and
safety interlock tabs are not
damaged.

Switch off and unplug:

Don't let children or infirm people
use the machine unsupervised.

Never use a damaged machine. Get
it checked or repaired: see 'service'.

The fixed blade unit is
designed so that it will not fit
onto the mixer outlet unless
the milling jar is in place.
Consequently the milling jar
cannot be removed whilst the
unit is assembled on the
machine.

The moulded skirt on the
bottom of the milling jar is
fitted during manufacture to
comply with safety standards
and no attempt should be
made to remove it.

Never run the multi-mill for longer
than two minutes - it will overheat.
G
Switch off as soon as you have the
right consistency. Spices take less
than one minute.

Don't mill turmeric - it's too hard.

Break ginger up before milling.
to use the multi-mill
1 Put your ingredients into the jar.
Don't fill above the maximum level.
2 Ensure the rubber seal is snugly in
place in the fixed blade unit.
3 Turn the fixed blade unit upside
down. Lower it onto the jar, blades
down, then turn to lock into position.
To assist with fitting, align the
the milling jar with the
the fixed blade unit, then turn to lock
until the symbols align as shown
4 Remove the high speed outlet cover
.
5 Screw the multi-mill onto the outlet

6 Switch on to maximum speed.
