FM radio mode
In the FM radio mode, you have the option of receiving radio stations through FM
frequencies (87.5 – 108.0MHz). In addition, you can record the current radio pro-
gram with the recording function.
When you are in the menu, you can select the menu item "FM" by pressing the
buttons
and
and switch to the FM radio mode by pressing the M
button
.
You can exit the FM radio mode by pressing the M button
again. You will now
return to the menu. This does not cause the radio playback to stop.
Three different search options are available for you to select a station.

Scan mode
In the scan mode you have the option of manually searching for your desired
station.
By briefly pressing the buttons
and
, you can increase or decrease the
bandwidth here by 0.05 MHz at a time.
If you keep the buttons
and
pressed for a longer time, your device will
jump to the next lower or higher receivable station frequency.
In the scan mode you can also set the stations you have selected under one of the
32 available presets.
To do this, select your desired station as described above and press the
func-
tion button
until the preset position begins to flash on the display
.
Now you have the option of selecting your desired preset position with the buttons
and
(1-32). By briefly pressing the
function button
, you can
then set the station at the corresponding preset. To select among the preset sta-
tions, switch into the preset mode (see p. 22).
