When is food reheated?
Autoprograms :
For food such as chilled or
ambient meals, a bowl of soup or a cup of
coffee, canned food, frozen lasagne, chilled or
frozen pizzas, chilled quiches or frozen
potato products, REMEMBER that you can use
the Autoprograms on your oven (details on
pages En-12 -14 of your Operating
Instructions).
Auto Menus advice :
Cup/Bowl;
The final temperature can vary up
to 20°C according to the starting temperature
(chilled soup or milk). Take care to stir before
and after reheating. Cover the soups.
Ready meals:
Foods with high fat content
and dry foods (rice or pasta) will reheat more
quickly. Foods with sauces, high water content
(courgettes) or large pieces of meat or potatoes
will take longer to reheat.
This Automenu is also suitable to reheat soups,
mashed and cooked vegetables; it is not
suitable for "portionnable" frozen foods.
Automenus for grill model only :
Pizzas:
The pizza program does not suit raw
pizzas or "bake and rise type pizzas" It is
suitable for thin, pre-cooked savoury tarts.
Quiches:
The quiche program is not suitable
for double crust pies or deep filled quiches.
Quiches with lots of vegetables may take
longer to reheat. The chill quiche Automenu can
also reheat Tortillas.
Frozen gratins (already cooked)
The final temperature and colour depends on
the amount of cheese, topping and main
ingredient (vegetables or pasta). Cut the
centre with a knife to check the temperature.
Rest for 3-6 minutes before serving.
Oven fries:
The Menu can also reheat
pommes Noisettes and Röstis. The final brown-
ing varies depending on the brand. Stir at beep.
The menu is not suitable for reheating
croquettes potatoes or dauphines potatoes.

Reheating
Model without grill (NN-SD459W) :
Food that requires browning and crisping
should not be reheated by microwave only. Use
conventional reheating methods for these foods
or follow the manufacturers instructions on the
packages.
BABY BOTTLES and FOOD JARS -
CAUTION
Milk or formula
thoroughly before heating and again at the end,
tested carefully
and
For 210-240 ml of milk at fridge temperature,
remove top and teat. Heat on 1000 W for
25-30 secs.
N.B. Liquid at the top of the bottle will be much
hotter than at the bottom of the bottle and must
be shaken thoroughly before checking the
temperature.

be stirred or shaken
before feeding a baby.
