2. Connect the dc-in connector of the power adapter to the dock. 3. Connect the power plug of the power cord to an electrical outlet. Press the power button to turn on the dock. Note: Be sure to correctly connect the dock to the power supply. If the dock is not turned on, you will not be able to use the dock. -

For the Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 operating system: 1. Exit all applications that use the dock. 2. Click Start ➙ All Programs ➙ ThinkPad Basic USB 3.0 Dock ➙ Uninstall ThinkPad Basic USB 3.0 Dock. 3. Follow the instructions on the screen to uninstall the device driver. - Page 12 2. Mirror mode When the dock is in mirror mode, it clones your notebook computer screen to the external monitor. The dock automatically selects the settings (screen resolution, color quality, and refresh rate) for the external monitor, which achieves optimal resolution based on your notebook computer. -
