Load the file "20090918DiagForC1 Ver 1.00.24.cab" onto a
micro-SD card.
3.
Insert the micro-SD card into the Smartphone.
4.
On the smartphone, click Start > File Explorer.
5.
Select Storage Card from the Show menu.
6.
Double-click the file "20090918DiagForC1 Ver
1.00.24.cab" to run it.
7.
Select to install on the device.
