Solution
Call 3 to obtain the PIN unblocking

Enter the factory-preset unlock code
(1234), or the last four digits of your
phone number (see page 41). If this
fails, call 3.
The application you want is locked. If
you own the handset but do not know
the unlock code, see page 44.

Also, the ringer may be set to
