Warranty for USA
Limited One-Year Warranty

that the product shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship.
For a period of one (1) year from the date of proof of purchase, a product
with any such defects in materials or workmanship shall be, at Siemens
option, repaired, replaced or a credit issued without charge for parts or la-
bor directly related to the defect. Replacement products may be new or
reconditioned products or newer models of equal or better functionality.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which has suf-
fered through normal wear and tear, alteration, improper installation, phys-
ical abuse (including exposure to improper temperatures), misuse, ne-
glect or accident and does not cover broken screens or liquids. This
warranty does not apply to consumables, such as batteries, or to any de-
fects that have only an insignificant effect on the value or usability of the
product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by shipment to a

other than an authorized Siemens
from an act of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake and
other natural disasters will be excluded. This limited warranty is in lieu of
all other warranties, express or implied either in fact or by operation of law,
statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to any implied warranty
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not
allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above lim-
itation may not apply to you. Siemens
