result of misuse, abusive operation, negli-
gence, irnproper use and/or insufficient care.
(c) Any defect caused or repairs required as
a result of not following the instructions in
the operation rnanual.
(d) Any JVC product tampered with, adjusted
or repaired by any party other than JVC or
authorized JVC Service Centre personnel.
