Installation
Connecting Monitors to RS-232C Serial Ports
For RS-232C serial port communication, use a RS-232C cable to connect a monitor directly to
the PC where SuperSign Elite-c software installed. To connect more than one monitor to the
computer, connect the first monitor to the computer with a RS-232C cable and then connect the
rest with a RS-232C cable as shown below.

CAUTION
y Up to 225 monitors can be connected using RS-232C serial cables.

y RS-232C cables need to be purchased separately.

y When using 3-wire connections (non-standard), an IR daisy chain cannot be used.
