Troubleshooting

Please check the following points before arranging for service.
Problem
Ground coffee is
spilled from the
filter.
Brewing speed is
slow or coffee is not
coming out.

(level off) with the measuring spoon provided.
Do not add more than 10 scoops (level off) of ground

coffee with the measuring spoon provided.
q The filter is torn off.
Replace the filter.

q Scale is buildup in the water pipe in the water tank.
Clean the water tank with citric acid. (P.11)

