Use touchtone (DTMF signal) when operating from outside
Fill in the blanks below:
* To receive messages:
(1) Dial Voice Mail No.:
(2) Dial your Box No.:
(3) Enter the Password (if required)
and #:
(4) Listen to the message. (Dial * to skip to step 5 guidance. Or dial 8 to save the
message and go to step 6.)
(5) To delete the message, dial 5.
To keep the message, dial 8.
(6) Listen to the next message, and repeat step (5) above.
(7) When finished, press * and hang up.

(2) Press * and Box No.:
(3) Record the message.
(4) When done, press *.
(5) Hang up the handset.
