Enter the telephone number of the
destination using the Keypad.
Ex: 55555 (Manual Dialling)
Manual input of telephone number is not
available when "136 Restrict Direct Dial" is
set to "Valid" in Function Parameters (Fax/
Email Settings > Fax Parameters).
When "137 Re-enter Direct Dial" is set to
"Valid" in Function Parameters (Fax/Email
Settings > Fax Parameters), enter the fax
number twice for manual dialling. For more
details, refer to Fax/Email Settings in the
Operating Instructions (For Function
Parameters) of provided CD-ROM.

Select "Enter Name".

Enter the recipient's name, and then
select "OK". (Up to 15 characters)

Press the Start key.
When the machine does not have
connection to G3 PSTN, all G3
transmissions are executed through
RightFax server as Emails.
When the machine has connection to G3
PSTN, only Auto Receive is possible
through PSTN.
Whether User Authentication through
Windows server can be used or not
depends on the settings of the machine.
Because of the direct connection of PSTN to
the machine, getting outside calls is
possible.
However, manual communications are
prohibited.
Password transmission is not available if the
RightFax server setting is set to "Valid".
