Indicates the card status (reference only)
Note that IPCMPR/IPCEMPR card status is always displayed as "-".
Value Range
INS: The port is in service.
OUS: The port is out of service.
Fault: The port is not communicating with the network.
Pre-Install: A card has been added to the slot.
Idle: No card is installed in the slot.
