Measuring Heart Rate

When HR is set to ON from the Measure set. menu, you can use the heart rate monitor to measure heart rate in the
chronograph, interval, and goal functions. See the following pages for information on each function.

Checking the communication status with the heart rate monitor

You can check the communication status of the heart rate monitor from the icon on the measurement screen.
If
is flashing, check that you are wearing the heart rate monitor correctly.

The heart rate measurement item is not displayed by default. Change the screen settings to display the heart rate
item.
