Video/Graphics
High-resolution color or monochrome video is processed by the video boards. Enhanced graphics
are provided by a graphics accelerator board in the Model 340CH Option 556 and the Model
:~40SRX
uses a local graphics bus interface. Several configurations are provided depending on
the application and monitor used in each bundled workstation. Table 3-1 lists the video/graphics
boards supported and their characteristics.

System Interfaces
Many interfaces, including HP-HIL, standard HP-IB, and RS-232, are on the processor board.
Either an AUI LAN or a ThinLAN interface board attaches to the processor board. Optional
DIO-I card SCSI and high-speed HP-IB interface are also available. Several DIO-I interface
cards are also supported.
