TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem

Solution
When the power plug is inserted, the buzzer beeps three times. The
buzzer beeps once each time you press a button; the buzzer sounds
a long beep when you press the ON/OFF button to turn off the unit.
Whipping, howling sound...This is the sound of refrigerant (coolant)
circulation.
Buzzing sound...This is the operating sound of the compressor.
The unit will sound loudly for the first few seconds upon power-on
when the room temperature is too low. (This duration varies with the
temperature.)
Check to see if the dehumidifier is properly placed on the floor.
Check to see if the floor is flat.
Use the unit at a level and stable place, free of vibration.
Check to see if the air inlet cover is clogged.
Clean it.
Check the power plug.
If not inserted, insert the power plug into an outlet.
Check to see if there is a power outage.
If there is a power outage, wait until the power is resumed.
Check to see if the water tank is properly placed.
If not, place the water tank correctly.
Check to see if the water tank is full.
If the tank is full, drain the water.
When the ambient temperature is between 5°C and 35°C, the
indicator is still blinking. The unit may malfunction.
