SD Backup

Using the SD backup function, you can back up data from the CF-P1 RAM to an SD memory
card, or restore data backed up on the SD memory card to the CF-P1 RAM.
CAUTION
Do not do the following during the procedure:
• Touching the power switch
Disable the connection with the host computer, for example by disconnecting the cable.
Confirm that battery remaining is at least 50%, disable all power management, and
stop any other programs that may be running.
Backup

Reset CF-P1 (
page 37).

Insert the SD memory card.

Tap
- [Programs] - [SD Backup].

Tap [Backup].

Input the Backup folder name and tap [OK].
Follow the on-screen instructions.
The progress screen will be displayed. To stop the op-
eration, press [Abort].
"Backup successful" will be displayed when the backup
is complete. Tap [ok].
NOTE
The SD backup function may not operate even when the free capacity of the SD
memory card is greater than the free capacity of the used RAM.
You can not back up data in the same folder.
Restore

Full reset CF-P1 (
All stored records and entries are erased.
Do not perform any other settings (e.g. setting the time and date).

Insert the SD memory card.

Tap
- [Programs] - [SD Backup].

Tap [Restore].
Follow the on-screen instructions and tap [Yes].

Select the Restore folder in the SD memory card and tap [OK].
Follow the on-screen instructions.
"Restore successful" will be displayed when the restore is complete.
Tap [ok] to reset the CF-P1.

Set the time and date (and password if required). (
