System Components

The PCS-XG80/XG80S/XG55/XG55S/XA80/XA55 HD Visual
Communication System is composed of basic system components for a basic
communication, and optional equipment for an enhanced communication.

Basic System Components

Note
This manual explains how to operate the following systems.
• PCS-XG80
HD Visual Communication System package that includes the main unit, one PCSA-
CXG80 HD Camera Unit, and two PCS-A1 Microphone units.
• PCS-XG55
HD Visual Communication System package that includes the main unit, one PCSA-
CXG80 HD Camera Unit, and one PCS-A1 Microphone unit.
• PCS-XG80S/XG55S
HD Visual Communication System package that includes only the main unit.
• PCS-XA80/XA55
HD Visual Communication System package that includes the main unit and one
PCSA-CXA55 HD Camera Unit.

System Components
Description
Contains the video codec, audio codec, echo
canceller, network interfaces and system controller.
Used to control the HD Visual Communication
System. Before using, pairing with the
Communication System or HD Camera Unit is
required.
Supplies power to the Communication System.
