Playback Settings

Go to "HOME" > "Settings" > "Playback Settings" >

SACD Priority

This lets you select which audio layer to play for
SACD (Super Audio CD).
• Before change item, eject and re-load the disc.
Item
Multi-channel: Play the high resolution multi-channel
surround audio layer.
Stereo: Play the high resolution 2-channel stereo audio
layer.
CD Mode: Play the CD layer of a hybrid SACD disc.

Auto Play Mode

This lets you select whether the player will start
playing a Disc automatically.
Item
On: The disc starts playing upon insertion into the player.
Off: The player waits for the user to start playback by
pressing PLAY.

Parental Control

This lets you set the Parental Control for BD-ROM/
DVD-VIDEO depending on the disc content.
The 4-digit password number needs to be entered
before the Parental Control Levels and the Country
Code are set. The Parental Control Levels and the
Country Code cannot be set if a password has not
been created or the password is not entered.
• Select the rating level appropriate for the age of the user.
Item (BD-ROM, DVD-VIDEO)
Select parental levels for prohibits play with
corresponding ratings recorded on them.
Item (Country Code)
Select the country code.
• The ratings differ according to the country.
Item (Password Setting)
Set the 4-digit password.

Disc Language (Disc Priority
Language)
This lets you select the language for subtitles, audio
and menus displayed on the screen.
Item (Menu Language)
Select the menu language you want to display.
Item (Audio Language)
Select the audio language you want to hear.
Item (Subtitle Language)
Select the subtitle language you want to display.

Angle Mark Display

This lets you turn the Angle Mark Display on or off
when BD/DVD video recorded with multiple angles
is played back. (The Angle Mark is displayed in the
lower right screen.)
