How to activate it

Use this function to heat up the contents of the pan faster than by using the heat
setting j. This function allows you to increase the maximum power level of the
element in use.
All elements have this function. The SpeedBoost function will always be available
when the other elements of the same group are not switched on. (See picture) For
example, if you want to activate this function in roasting zone (2 and 5), number 1
must be switched off, and vice versa. If this element is not off, the letter n and heat
setting j will flash on the element indicator; then it will return to the heat setting j
without activating the function. The same applies to elements 3 and 4.

Follow the steps below:
1. Select an element.
2. Press the Boost symbol. The letter n will appear in the indicator. You have now
activated the function

Press the Boost symbol. The letter n will no longer be displayed and the
element will return to heat setting j. The SpeedBoost function has been
deactivated.
NOTICE: In certain circumstances, the SpeedBoost function may be
deactivated automatically to protect the internal electronic components of the
cooktop.
