To set and clear FWD/DND for outside/intercom calls

While on-hook (when in FWD/DND Setting Mode)
Press the fixed
FWD/DND button.

Enter 0 or 1.

To set and clear FWD/DND for all calls

While on-hook
Press the fixed
FWD/DND button.
