2 P2 card slot numbers and hard drive
statuses

P2 HDD
The statuses of the P2 cards and USB hard
drive are displayed as follows.
The numbers of the P2 card slots

where P2 cards have been inserted
(White)
are displayed in white.
The number of the P2 card slot, which
contains a P2 card with a clip that has
its cursor position recorded, is displayed
in yellow. When a single clip has been
recorded on a multiple number of P2
cards, all the slot numbers of the cards
on which the clip is recorded will be
displayed. The P2 card slot number is
1 2
displayed in pink when the inserted P2
(Yellow)
card is in one of the following statuses:
• RUN DOWN CARD (Page 68)
When the number of times the
card data has been rewritten has
exceeded the standard
• DIR ENTRY NG CARD (Page 68)
When the position of the folder
does not comply with the standard
When a mode other than the USB
HOST mode is established or when
the USB HOST mode is established
(Gray)
but the hard drive is not connected,
this status is displayed in gray.
When the USB HOST mode is
established and the hard drive can be
(White)
used, this status is displayed in white.
When the USB HOST mode is
established and the clips on the hard
drive are displayed as thumbnails,
(Yellow)
this status is displayed in yellow.
When the USB HOST mode is
established and the hard drive is not
in the data copy enable status, this
(Red)
status is displayed in red.
