You can schedule a meeting as follows:
Create an appointment.
In the appointment details, hide the input panel and tap
From the list of e-mail addresses you have entered in Contacts, select
the meeting attendees.
The meeting notice is created automatically and placed in the Outbox
folder.

Contacts maintains a list of your friends and colleagues so that you can
easily find the information you are looking for, whether you are at home or
on the road. Using your infrared (IR) port, you can quickly share Contacts
information with other device users with IR capabilities.

Create a contact as follows:

Using the input panel keyboard (or other input device), enter a name
and other contact information. Scroll down to see all the available
fields.
To assign the contact to a category, scroll to and tap
select a category from the list. In the contact list, you can display
contacts by category.
