1. Install correct software and flex file.
2. Reset UUT by entering 57#.
3. If real time clock still malfunctions:
a. 32.768 MHz is present on Y900?
No: check Y900 and U900
b. Real time clock battery voltage is below
2.4V?
Yes: replace RTC battery, check U900

1. Place UUT into manual test mode, then
enter 38# (activate mini SIM).
2. The following signals are present on SIM
connector J900?
a. 3V or 5V on Pin 3 VSIM1
b. 3.25 MHz on Pin 1 CLK
c. Data signal on Pin 6 SIM_I/O
YES
1. Check for intermittent
fault.
2. Check in order: U800, U900.
