2 Introduction

The AT18 comfort lift door drive is an "intelligent" door drive, with which cabin doors and
landing gates can be operated with adjustable speed and acceleration. The
maintenance-free drive unit consists of a direct current motor with a non self locking gear
box that is driven by a controlled rotational speed motor. The power transmission takes
place over a toothed belt. The toothed belt is led across a deflection pulley and can be
equipped with two door pushers. This allows both one-sided as well as central opening
doors to be operated.
The AT18 is currently delivered with the following motor:
- 24V motor, 4.9A for maximum 180 kg total door leaf mass
The door drive can be ordered with various drive pinion mounting positions (on the left or
right, see the diagram in the Appendix).
The door drive does not require a limit switch.
The door width as well as the "OPEN" and "CLOSE" positions are determined
automatically.
A display of the current operating condition is shown via a 7 segment display (H5000) in
the controller.
In the Appendix are all important dimensional drawings, a mounting suggestion and the
ID numbers for ordering the individual drive components.
Note
For reasons of clarity these operating instructions do not contain detailed information
