3) How to printing the Mailbox Document
1. Your machine rings notifying that a call is
being received and Message Display now
shows that a document has been received by
Mailbox RX
2. Press the Function key.
3. Press '4' of the Numeric keys to select "PRINT
MAILBOX RX".
4. Using the Numeric keys, enter the 4-digit mailbox ID which has previously been
programmed for the mailbox involved and which has been given to the other party.
For example: Mailbox ID → Press 3, 5, 8, and 0, in that order.

key and input the correct number again.
