Press i.
Press CURSOR ( F F / G G ) to select the "REC" and select it with OK.
Press CURSOR ( D D / E E ) to select the programme that you want to delete.
Press CURSOR ( F F ) when the programme information to be erased is displayed.
When you finish erasing, press i again.
