We declare under our sole responsibility that this product is
in conformity with standards or standardized documents
EN60745, EN55014 and EN61000 in accordance with Council
Directives 2004/108/EC and 98/37/EC. This product also
complies with the essential requirements of 2006/42/EC to be
applied from 29 December 2009 instead of 98/37/EC.
The European Standards Manager at Hitachi Koki Europe Ltd.
is authorized to compile the technical file.
This declaration is applicable to the product affixed CE
marking.
