Note: Determine the left and right sides of the machine from the normal operating position.

Recommended Maintenance Schedule(s)

Important: Refer to your Engine Operator's Manual for additional maintenance procedures.
If you leave the key in the ignition switch, someone could accidently start the engine and seriously
injure you or other bystanders.
Remove the key from the ignition and disconnect the wires from the spark plugs before you do any
maintenance. Set the wires aside so that they do not accidentally contact the spark plugs.
Maintenance Procedure
• Replace the hydraulic filter.
• Torque the wheel lug nuts to 50 ft-lb (68 N-m).
• Change the engine oil and filter.
• Check the engine oil level.
• Remove debris from the traction unit.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Grease the traction unit. (Grease immediately after every washing)
• Check for loose fasteners.
• Check the hydraulic fluid level.
• Check the hydraulic lines for leaks, loose fittings, kinked lines, loose mounting
supports, wear, weather, and chemical deterioration.
• Change the engine oil and filter. (Service more frequently if conditions are extremely
dusty or sandy.)
• Check the battery electrolyte level (replacement battery only).
• Check the battery cable connections.
• Torque the wheel lug nuts to 50 ft-lb (68 N-m).
• Replace the primary filter. (Service more frequently if conditions are extremely dusty
or sandy.)
• Check the spark plugs.
• Replace the hydraulic filter.
• Replace all moving hydraulic hoses.
• Replace the safety (secondary) air filter. (Service more frequently if conditions are
extremely dusty or sandy.)
• Change the fuel filter.
• Change the hydraulic fluid.
• Touch up chipped paint
