Add DVX gateway – Add the DVX gateway as shown below and assign it
to the 'LocalRouteGroup'. The 'SIP user ID', 'Username' and 'Password' used
in the Registration parameters can be chosen arbitrarily. The only restriction
is that they should be the same on both DVXs that are being stacked.
