    4. Telephone Automatic Dialling 4.4 Cordless handset phonebook The cordless handset phonebook allows you to make calls without having to dial manually. You can add 200 names and phone numbers to the phonebook, assign each phonebook item to the desired category, and search for phonebook items by name or category.

    5.4 Broadcast transmission By storing base unit phonebook items (page 30) or one-touch dial (page 31) into the broadcast memory, you can send the same document to multiple parties (up to 20). Your programmed items will remain in the broadcast memory, allowing frequent re-use.

    11 Useful Information 11.1 Available character entries for the cordless handset The cordless handset dial keys are used to enter characters and numbers. Each dial key has multiple characters assigned to it. The available character entry modes are, Alphabet, Numeric, Greek, Extended 1, Extended 2, and Cyrillic.

    11.2 Wall mounting the charger Connect the AC adaptor. Drive the screws (1) into the wall using the wall template as a guide, then mount the charger securely on the screws. L Fasten the AC adaptor cord around the hooks (2) to prevent it from being disconnected.

    Jams 12.4 Recording paper jams Open the top cover by pressing the top cover release button (1). Pull the cutter release lever (1) forward. L The paper cutter will be released. Remove the recording paper. Cut off the wrinkled portion. Install the recording paper and close the top cover securely by pushing down on both sides (see page 9 for details).
