Using play list

[RAM]
You can create a play list by gathering your favourite chapters
(l 31) from your recordings. You can also edit the created play lists.

≥Editing play lists doesn't modify the recorded data.
≥Play lists are not recorded separately so this doesn't use much
capacity.

∫ Creating play lists

While stopped
Press [FUNCTIONS].
FUNCTIONS
[2] Select "PLAY LIST" with [3, 4, 2, 1] and
press [ENTER].
PLAY LIST
[3] Select "Create" with [3, 4, 2, 1] and press
[ENTER].
Press [2, 1] to select the source title and press
[4]
[4].
≥When you want to select all the chapters in the title, press
[2, 1] to select the source title and press [ENTER], then skip
to step 6.
≥Repeat steps 4–6 to add other titles or chapters.

≥The Maximum number of item on a disc:
- Play lists:

Preparation
≥Release protection (disc l 28, cartridge l 15).
≥Press [DVD].
Press [2, 1] to select the chapter you want to

add to a play list and press [ENTER].
≥Press [3] to cancel.
≥You can also create a new chapter from the source title.
Press [SUB MENU] to select "Create Chapter" and press
[ENTER] (l 34, "Create Chapter").
[6] Press [2, 1] to select the position to insert the
chapter and press [ENTER].

≥Repeat steps 5–6 to add other chapters.
≥Press [3] to select other source titles.

For your reference
≥One disc can have a maximum of 99 play lists and approximately
1000 chapters. These numbers may be reduced under some
conditions.
≥You may not be able to specify start and end points if the material
is still pictures recorded on other equipment.
