Dial the Voice Mail extension number.

Press the STORE button.

To exit the Personal Programming mode, press the PROGRAM button or set the MEMORY
switch to "SET".

Repeat these steps for each telephone.

4.9.12 Button Assignment via PC Programming

KX-TD500 and KX-TE users can assign buttons via PC programming. Follow the procedure below to
assign each button.
KX-TD500
1.
Go to "4-2 Extension Line" screen (refer to the screen image in 4.9.6 Live Call Screening
Assignment via PC Programming).
2.
Select the "Card No." and "Port No." which you are going to program.
3.
Click "CO Key" in the upper right corner. "Flexible CO Key" screen (for all CO Keys) displays.
4.9 KX-TA, KX-TD, and KX-TE Series PBX Feature Programming for APT/DPT Integration
This button must be a CO or DSS/BLF key to be
programmed as a VTR button. When all Voice Mail
ports are busy and this key is pressed followed by an
extension number, the user will hear either a dial tone
or a busy tone, depending on the Call Waiting on VM
Group setting on the PBX.
