Colour Description
Green/ OFF: Power Off
Red Green ON: Normal (all ports are idle)
Green Flash (60 times per minute): Normal (a port is in use)
Red ON: Fault (includes reset)
Red Flash (60 times per minute): Out of Service
Green OFF: L1 asynchronous
ON: Synchoronous/L2 link established/clock slave
