■ Replacing the Sensor (PC11 Sensor), and (PC20 Sensor)
① Remove the Main Cover, the Side Cover, and the Back Cover. For instructions, please refer to "8.1
Preparation"
② Remove the Guide (Lower Mirror), the Cover Sheet. For instructions, please refer to "8.3.13 Lower Mirror
ASSY"
③ Unscrew 6 screws on the Upper Guide ASSY, then remove the Upper Guide ASSY
Replacing the Prism (PC21 Sensor), the PC 22 ASSY (PC22 Sensor), the Prism (PC31 Sensor)

Caution： ： ： ： When removing the Upper Guide ASSY, disconnect the PC22 cable connector, and
unlock the locking wire saddle.
④ Remove the Pick Unit ASSY
⑤ Remove the Pick Cover (U)
⑥ Loosen the screws on the Ultra Sonic Sensor
⑦ Unscrew 4 bind-head screws on the M2-ASSY Cover, then remove the M2-ASSY Cover
⑧ Unscrew 2 screws on the D1 Pinch Roller, and remove the Pinch Roller
⑨ Remove the Sensor
- Flip the M2-ASSY Cover and remove the clips on the Sensor (PC11 Sensor) and remove the Sensor
- Flip the M2-ASSY Cover and remove the clips on the Sensor (PC20 Sensor) and remove the Sensor
⑩ Attach the new Sensor
⑪ Take the reverse steps to attach the Sensor
⑫After replacing the part, run Auto Calibration Test
