7.2.2 Scanner Program Download
Update the firmware of the device.
NOTE:
Make sure the download file is correct before downloading.
If you download wrong file the device may not work.
Save the device unique information before downloading.
(1) Save the download file in the disk.
(For example: D: \ETC\OCR_RX8F.OCR)
(2) Start command prompt
(3) Execute C:\OCR32\DIAG32\OCRDMN32_RMT.exe 12 1 2 D:\ETC\OCR_RX8F.OCR
The name of download file is the same as the file name saved at (1)
(4)After downloading, make sure the version of firmware is correct.
Load the device unique information after downloading.
Refer to section 7.6 Error Information if you see C:\OCR32\ETC32\RMTERR.TXT
7.3 Load / Save Device Unique Information
7.3.1 Save Device Unique Information (save the information into the disk.)
(1) Start command prompt
(2)Execute C:\OCR32\DIAG32\OCRDMN32_RMT.exe 12 2 1 C:\OCR32\ETC32\RX8_U1.OCR
Refer to section 7.6 Error Information if you see C:\OCR32\ETC32\RMTERR.TXT
7.3.2 Load Device Unique Information
Caution : Execute it very carefully because Unique Information is loaded into the device.
(1)Start command prompt
(2)Execute C:\OCR32\DIAG32\OCRDMN32_RMT.exe 12 2 2 C:\OCR32\ETC32\RX8_U1.OCR
Refer to section 7.6 Error Information if you see C:\OCR32\ETC32\RMTERR.TXT
