8.2 Replacing Parts
8.2.1 Raplacing the Pick Unit, the Separator Roller, the Pick Roller, the Separator Clutch,
the Oiles Drymet LF, the Oiles Bush, the Washer 1, the Washer 2, the Gear (S-P), and the
Pick Gear
For instructions, please refer to "Chapter 2.7 Replacing the Roller" of the instruction manual to learn how to
replace the Roller.

Replacing the Separator Clutch, the Oiles Drymet LF, the Oiles Bush, the Washer 1, the
Washer 2, and the Pick Gear
① Remove the Pick Unit, Separator Shaft ASSY, and the Pick Shaft ASSY.
Read "Chapter 2.7 Replacing the Roller" of the instruction manual
② Replace the Separator Clutch, the Oiles Drymet, the Oiles Bush, the Washer 1, the Washer 2, and the Pick
Gear
③ Make sure the marking on the Separator Roller ASSY and the metallic part of the gear face the direction
as shown below.
