User guidance, selecting functions

A convenient user guidance system consisting of menus
and advisories on the display simplifies and speeds up
the use of telephone system features.
For information on setting the language, see page 54.
The selection of functions available changes depending
on the status of the mobile unit, e.g. if it is switched on or if
a call is in progress. With status-dependent function
menus, only functions that are applicable in the relevant
status are available.
